Impersonate the dealer and pull up the vehicle. If you can view the sticker from here, have the dealer confirm which Adobe Reader they have active on their computer. An older version of Adobe may prevent the dealer from viewing these documents. If you get the same thing at this end, escalate the ticket with a screenshot of the error and specify the last thing you did before the error came up.
