Make sure the firewall is off, Make sure .Net 3.5 is istalled. 2. Check the AS folder for ASFTPEng.sta. If the file is there, move it from the AS folder to the desktop, relaunch ASW, then try to download employee information. 3. If the download goes through, delete the ASFTPEng.sta file from the desktop.
