"(451) Local error in processing" when trying to upload/download.
We have seen this error when the background photo uploader is active in Autostik and the rep is trying to do a manual upload or download. The two functions seem to conflict with each other in Netbooks or older laptops. If the background photo uploader is on, there will be 2 small boxes at the upper right of the Autostik home page (they can be white, red, or green). Turn the background photo uploader by going to Tools and selecting Options. Go to the Background tab and un-check both boxes. Click OK to save. Once the change saves, have the rep try the upload/download again. * NOTE: the rep can use the background photo uploader. Just have them turn it off before doing a manual upload or download.
