When an upload is done, Autostik tries to send everything in the folder C:\CARS\Photo\. If the file is not a set of linked photos in a .zip file, the rep will get this error. Go to the C:\CARS\Photo\ folder and either move or delete the file with the filename in the error - ####mb.jpg Once this is done, have the rep try the upload again.
