The complete error (comes up when downloading): ------------------------ Autostik: App Version: 1.5010 (Note: got this on laptops with 1.5116) Object name: frmMain Sub/Fct nme: DownloadInventory Line number: 0 Error Number: -2146234344 Error Description: Could not load file or assembly 'Ionic.Zip, Version=1.8.4.28, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=edbe51ad942a3f5c' or one of its dependencies. The module was expected to contain an assembly manifest. The fix: ---------- Remote into the laptop and replace the Ionic.zip file in their AS folder with the copy in your own AS folder. Close then relaunch Autostik and try the download again.
